Settings

Transcription, iCloud, templates, location and the speech models.

Transcription

• Transcribe automatically: transcribes every new recording and import by itself. Off until you turn it on.
• Recognise speakers: tells the speakers apart. Turn it off if you only need the text; that's much faster.
• Language: always Automatic. Bandje recognises the language of the conversation by itself.

Recordings

Sync with iCloud: your recordings in iCloud Drive, on all your devices. See iCloud sync.

Summaries

Templates: change, add and delete templates. This section appears only when Apple Intelligence is available. See Summaries.

Store GPS location

Saves where a recording was made, with the recording on this device. It is off until you turn it on; iOS then asks for permission. The coordinates show under the date in the recording: tap them to open the place in Maps. Bandje never looks them up online.
